2.2 Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or white-label our services without explicit written permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code

We maintain a 99.9% uptime SLA for our services, with real-time system status monitoring. However, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services with appropriate notice through our official channels. All maintenance windows will be announced at least 24 hours in advance.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Implementing proper key rotation and management practices
• Following OWASP security guidelines when using our JWT tools
• Ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable regulations
• Maintaining secure storage of generated keys and implementing proper access controls
• Regular security audits of your JWT implementation

5. Intellectual Property

The Website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by JWTSecrets.com and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our cryptographic implementations are based on peer-reviewed standards and best practices.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

While we implement industry-standard security measures and best practices, our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall JWTSecrets.com be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for our services in the past 12 months.

8. Enterprise Services

Enterprise services include dedicated support, custom SLAs, and advanced security features. These services are governed by separate agreements. 9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email and by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms. Continued use of the Website after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law
